Cajun Cobb Salad

Salads do not have to be boring with the same textures and flavors. Mulate’s puts a Cajun spin on this classic all-time favorite salad with the Cajun Cobb Salad. This salad creation is decided with a little spice. Spicy and salty andouille, which is a type of sausage filled with flavor, is added to the Cajun Cobb Salad instead of the classic bacon. This salad is topped with the perfect spicy blue cheese dressing.
