There are a lot of drinks that New Orleanians like to bring in the New Year. There is always the a typical glass of bubbling Champagne, but why be normal when you could bring in the New Year with a Cajun Bloody Mary? This drink has all of the elements that make a great year from spicy to salty to maybe even a little sweet. Ingredients:
- 1 shot pepper vodka
- 1 shot beef broth
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- Dash Salt
- Dash black pepper
- Dash celery salt
- Tomato Juice
- Olives
- Pickled green beans
Fill a 12- oz. glass with ice. Add Vodka and beef broth. In a separate small container, mix Worcestershire sauce and horseradish, then add to glass. Add dry seasonings, and fill with tomato juice. Mix well. Serve with olives and pickled green beans.
