Sweet-Hot Deviled Eggs
The Carnival season is about to kick into high gear. This means you will need to start thinking about what to serve at your Parade or Mardi Gras parties. Deviled eggs have always been a favorite in the south. Check out Mulate’s sweet-hot deviled eggs recipe that will have your party guests asking for more.
What You Need
6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
paprika for garnish
How It’s Done
Split the eggs in half an place the yolk in a medium bowl and the white halves on a plate. Add the remaining ingredients (except the paprika) to the yolks. Mix well until well blended and smooth. Fill the whites with this mixture, then sprinkle with paprika. This makes 12 deviled eggs.
