They describe themselves as “Ordinary Men with Extraordinary Moves.” Well, if you have ever seen them perform, you will know that they are anything but Ordinary. I can promise when they hit they dance floor, you will laugh so hard you will cry. These men range from their 20s to their 80s and they come from a diversity of backgrounds. But, when these men get together, they know how to entertain.

The 610 Stompers will hold their 7th Annual Sweet 610 Debutante Ball fundraiser on Friday, February 3, 2017, from 8pm to Midnight at Mardi Gras World, 1380 Port of New Orleans Place. Patron Party will be 7-8pm. The 610 Stompers will dance their golden shoes off at the “StomperMania VII” themed event in homage to WrestleMania! Come dressed as your favorite wrestler or make up one of your own! Stompers fans should rest assured that all genres of their favorite 80s tunes will be heard.
“We endorse, encourage and love all forms of dance and hope that New Orleanians will bust a move for a great cause,” said 610 Stompers Executive Director Mont Creamer. “You’ll get to see the 610 Stompers’ 2017 dance moves for the very first time. Most importantly, this year’s proceeds will benefit numerous charities throughout New Orleans.”
Ticket price includes fabulous local food from over 35 restaurants, open bar by Sazerac and Abita, entertainment from Johnny Sketch and the Dirty Notes and DJ Jubilee, a special party favor, costume contest and dance-offs galore with fellow 80s enthusiasts and the 610 Stompers extraordinaire.
Tickets in advance are $55 until February 3. Tickets at the door are $60. Patron tickets are $120. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Tickets are on sale now at www.610Stompers.com
