Children sometimes can miss out on the celebration of New Year’s especially in a party town like New Orleans. But, don’t worry, the Louisiana Children’s Museum did not forgot about kids on New Year’s.
The schedule is a little different for the Kid’s countdown though. Instead of midnight, the countdown will be for high noon with a confetti toss and balloon release inside of the museum. If that is not enough fun, you can also make your own noisemaker and festive paper bag party hat. Plus, the Blu Kru Brass band will ring in the Kid’s New Year in style with great music and dancing fun.
