If you are a New Orleanian, you simply do not see a lot of snow. Every five to ten years, we may catch a little glimpse of it sprinkle the city. But, there is a Miracle on Fulton Street that has come to town where their is hourly “snow,” twinkling lights, christmas trees, gingerbread displays and more.
Fulton Street is located in the Central Business District of downtown New Orleans and is blocked off from traffic. During the holidays, it becomes a lovely winter wonderland with lots of entertainment and activities for the entire family.

DEC 7 – 10 | Interactive Art Installation
New to Fulton Street this year and in partnership with the New Orleans Arts Council’s LUNA Fête celebration is the Billie sphere, an interactive art installation created by Montreal based creative studio Lucion Media. The Billie sphere is sensitive to all sources of light and encourages viewer interaction through smartphones, glow sticks, flashlights, or any other light emitting device. Through light, the audience can create dynamic shapes and illuminated personal portraits on the Billie sphere surface.
DEC 10 | Champagne Stroll
Tickets will be available for purchase to the third annual Champagne Stroll. Guests will sip delicious Champagne samples from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. while strolling down Fulton Street.Ticket sale details will be shared soon.
DEC 17 | Running of the Santas & Pub Crawl
This holiday season, Manning’s is the South Pole for the Running of the Santas Festival & Pub Crawl Saturday, December 17. Doors open at 11 a.m. with the run starting at 5:45 p.m. Tickets and more information available at http://runningofthesantas.com/new-orleans/
