Pecan Mini Muffin Recipe
Halloween is on its way, which means there will be lots of fun treats to be had by all trick-or-treaters. Anyone can buy candy, but have you ever thought about baking some fun treats…maybe Mini Pecan Muffins? The chefs at Mulate’s Restaurant have put together a quick and easy Mini Pecan Muffin Recipe that are sure to be a hit. Give the recipe a try and tell us what your critics think.
Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix brown sugar, pecans, and flour. Add eggs and butter and mix well. Spoon by tablespoon into mini muffin tins lined with mini muffin papers. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Makes 24 mini muffins.
You can decorate these cute muffins with Halloween themed muffin cups, spider rings, and maybe even a candy corn. Just be creative and have fun.
